As a Content Moderator, your primary responsibility will be to review and manage user-generated content in Danish, ensuring it complies with our guidelines and standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Moderate and evaluate user-generated content in Danish for compliance with community standards.
• Accurately categorize and assess content according to established moderation policies.
• Identify and report inappropriate content or violations to the appropriate teams.
• Provide insights into content trends and user behavior to help improve moderation strategies.
• Collaborate with team members to continuously enhance moderation processes.
• Stay informed about changes in company policies and best practices related to content moderation.

• Fluency in Danish (written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus.
• Previous experience in content moderation or a similar role is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail with the capability to consistently apply moderation guidelines.
• Excellent communication skills for effectively communicating moderation decisions.
• Ability to manage sensitive content professionally and with care.
• Familiarity with online platforms and moderation tools is advantageous.
• Willingness to relocate to Sofia and adapt to a new cultural environment.
• Self-motivated and able to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
