Responsibilities

• Assist Danish-speaking customers through various communication channels, including phone, email, and live chat, addressing their inquiries and providing support.
• Guide clients through the booking process, including making, modifying, and canceling reservations, ensuring a seamless experience.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to bookings, providing effective solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Document all customer interactions and insights in the CRM system for accurate record-keeping and quality assurance.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues efficiently and effectively.
• Stay updated on company policies, promotions, and travel offerings to provide accurate information to customers.

• Fluency in Danish (both written and spoken), with the ability to communicate effectively in English considered an advantage.
• Previous experience in customer service, ideally in the travel or hospitality industry.
• Excellent communication skills with a warm and inviting demeanor.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle customer complaints with professionalism.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and online booking tools is a plus.
• Willingness to relocate to Greece and embrace a new cultural environment.
