In this role, you will be the main point of contact for Danish-speaking customers, providing exceptional support and assistance to enhance their experience with our service.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality customer service support to Danish-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist with inquiries regarding bookings, cancellations, and changes to reservations.
• Resolve customer issues promptly and effectively while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Gather customer feedback and suggest improvements to enhance service quality.
• Collaborate with team members and share best practices to improve customer experience.
• Stay updated on Booking.com policies and procedures to provide accurate information to customers.

• Fluency in Danish (written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus.
• Previous experience in customer service or support roles is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with customers.
• Ability to handle challenging situations while maintaining professionalism.
• A self-motivated and proactive attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
