Key Responsibilities

• Collect feedback to enhance the customer experience and report to management.
• Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Fluency in Danish and English, both written and spoken.
• No prior customer service experience is needed; we provide comprehensive training.
• Strong communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn new skills.

• Willingness to adapt to a new culture and relocate to Greece.
