About the Role:

At SAM Seamless Network, we aim to revolutionize device and service visibility beyond the gateway. We need a Data Analyst to help us analyze the millions of data points generated daily. Your insights will drive smarter decisions, optimize product performance, and enhance device identification.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Analyze large, complex data sets of millions of connected devices to address data plan needs for growth, user behaviors, and business questions.
• Produce customer reports on product performance, trends, and new features added.
• Engage with different teams within the organization, work in collaborative teamwork, and contribute to innovative ideation.
• Increase device identification coverage by using automation techniques and out-of-the-box thinking.

• 3-4 years of experience in data analysis
• Strong SQL skills with experience in querying large, complex data sets – Must
• Experience with Python (Pandas, Numpy) – Must
• Experience with AWS Services – Athena, S3, Glue.
• Experience with OpenSearch.
• Knowledge of statistical modeling, Machine Learning, and AI concepts is a plus.
• Knowledge of network protocols is an advantage.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and responsible with a passion for data analysis.
• B.Sc./BA in Engineering, Statistics, Math, or other quantitative fields.
