• Translate business requirements into efficient data flows and logical data models

• Design and implement post-processing aggregators aligned with industry best practices and stakeholder needs

• Leverage BI tools to create clear, impactful visualizations and reports for decision-makers

• Explore and analyze large datasets to uncover actionable insights, trends, and patterns

• Thoroughly document data processes, project outcomes, and analytical findings for transparency and future reference

• Evaluate and validate new data sources and data collection methodologies to ensure quality and relevance

• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering and product teams to align data initiatives with business goals

• Execute project-based tasks that integrate multiple business requirements and deliver measurable results within deadlines

• Maintain, monitor, and optimize data solutions, addressing issues proactively to ensure system reliability and performance

• Proven experience as a Data Analyst or Data Scientist
• Skilled in using SQL, to manipulate data and draw insights from large data sets
• Experience working with and creating data architecture
• Experience using business intelligence tools (and data frameworks), preferably Tableau
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Experience using statistical computer languages (R, Python, etc.) will be considered as an advantage
• Analytical mind and business acumen
• Problem-solving aptitude
• Open-minded and willing to learn
