Data Architect Snowflake

Join a global leader in logistics in a high-impact role that blends technical architecture with business engagement. We are looking for a Data ArchitectSnowflake as the central data warehouse.

You’ll work on key integration projects sourcing data from Microsoft Dynamics and Siebel, helping to transform business requirements into robust, scalable data models. The role combines technical leadership, architecture, and occasional coding in a globally collaborative environment.

Your Responsibilities

• Architect data processing pipelines for integrating data from Microsoft Dynamics, Siebel, and other enterprise systems into Snowflake.
  




• Design and document conceptual and physical data models using ERWIN or equivalent tools based on business requirements.
  




• Engage with business stakeholders to capture and understand their needs, and present data models in a clear and structured way.
  




• Provide technical leadership across globally distributed development teams, ensuring architectural consistency and best practices.
  




• Collaborate across teams, guide developers, and occasionally contribute hands-on to data transformation and integration efforts.
  




• Advocate for continuous improvement in data architecture, tooling, and practices.

Requirements

• Proven experience in data architecture and data modeling, with hands-on proficiency in ERWIN or similar tools.
  


• Excellent communication and presentation skills to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  


• Strong sense of ownership, self-motivation, and ability to work independently.
  


• Experience or interest in technical leadership and solution design.
  


• Openness to both experienced professionals and emerging talent with the potential to grow rapidly into the role.
  


• Willingness to learn and adapt to our tech stack is essential.
