Job Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Enrichment Representative to support our lead generation efforts through high-volume research and data management. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys researching, analyzing data, and working with spreadsheets to help improve and organize lead information.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform extensive online research to gather and verify prospect details
- Accurately input and update lead data using spreadsheets or data entry tools
- Create, format, and finalize lead reports based on collected information
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across all entries
- Collaborate with team members to support ongoing data enrichment projects
Qualifications
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and its basic functions (e.g., filters, formatting, formulas)
- Fast and accurate data entry skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Analytical mindset with experience in data research and verification
- Prior experience in lead research or data enrichment is a plus
Technical Requirements
- Candidates must have their own equipment that meets the following minimum specs:
- Processor: Intel Core i5 or equivalent/higher
- Memory (RAM): 8GB or higher
- Peripherals: Functional webcam and noise-canceling headphones
- Stable internet connection
