Are you passionate about ensuring data integrity and driving efficiency within enterprise systems? We are seeking a skilled Data Management Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in maintaining and sustaining enterprise data while spearheading the execution of Data Quality and Data Governance initiatives.

Job Description

Maintaining and sustaining enterprise data while supporting the launch, execution of Data Quality and Data Governance.

Manage and load cost files (list price files, product data, etc.) as provided by vendor.
Retrieve data from database or electronic file sources.
Validate data from item entry to Item Master loading.
Maintain data integrity and service level expectations by enforcing DG guidelines with field.
Assist in the expediting of supplier shipments as needed.
Apply continuous improvement techniques and methods to internal processes and systems to increase efficiency, improve suppliers’ performance and reduce costs.
Performs other duties as assigned.

Experience Required

Minimum of 1-2 years of recent experience in data quality management and material management
Ability to create standard operating procedures and holding teams accountable to those standards
Follow-up on tasks to ensure they are completed in a timely manner
Understanding of operations principles: (JIT, MRP, TQC, Lean, Six Sigma and CRP)
Experience with Oracle, Epicor, N2K, and P21 a plus
