We are currently searching for an Analytics Engineer – Data Engineering and Power BI:
The Challenge (Responsibilities)
Build, maintain, and enhance data pipelines and transformation workflows using dbt and Python DAGs in Airflow.
Develop clean, reliable, and reusable data models for analytics and reporting.
Work with SQL and data warehouse platforms to investigate data, troubleshoot issues, and implement necessary transformations.
Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, semantic models, and DAX measures.
Translate business requirements into appropriate, scalable data models and reporting solutions.
Perform data analysis, validation, reconciliation, and continuous data quality checks.
AI Forward: Understand how to marry AI tools to enhance productivity on daily tasks.
Your Profile (Requirements)
10+ years of Total Experience in the data domain.
Strong SQL and data analysis skills.
Strong Python proficiency for building data pipelines and handling complex transformations and integrations.
Hands-on experience with dbt and/or modern ELT/data transformation practices.
Solid understanding of data modeling, including dimensional modeling, fact/dimension structures, and analytics datasets.
Experience working with a modern cloud data warehouse, preferably Snowflake.
Strong working experience with Power BI, including data modeling, DAX, dashboard development, and performance optimization.
Ability to understand unfamiliar datasets and quickly identify relationships, data quality issues, and transformation requirements.
Experience debugging and supporting existing data pipelines and analytics solutions.
Must be a great communicator and client-facing, with exceptional attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively as an individual contributor while seamlessly collaborating as part of a team in a fast-paced environment with limited supervision.
High-Performance Mindset: Resilience, emotional intelligence, and a focus on agile delivery.
Technologist DNA: A deep understanding of the difference between "coding" and "engineering."
Desired
Familiarity with cloud-native foundations or AI coding assistants.
Languages
