Dealing Operations Officer - Hybrid, Nicosia, Cyprus

Our client is a leading provider of financial trading technology and back-office solutions, with offices across Europe, the US, and Asia-Pacific.

They are expanding their Nicosia-based Operations team with a Dealing Operations Officer a role that bridges the technical and business sides of trading. You'll gain full exposure to the trade lifecycle, from monitoring trade flow and managing risk to working with liquidity providers and handling client escalations.

Full product training will be provided, making this a great step for someone with a minimum of 1 years experience in FX or financial services who wants to grow their career. Hybrid - 3 days in the office, Thursday and Friday remote. 

What You'll Do

• Reconcile open positions with counterparties

• Roll forward FX positions and ensure correct cash settlement

• Calculate client financing and rollover costs

• Execute and check corporate actions (equities/futures)

• Manage liquidity provider relationships and Operations queue

• Monitor and manage trade flow, risk exposure, and unmatched trades

• Contribute to Operations projects and process improvements

What Were Looking For

• At least 1 year in financial services (FX trading, brokerage ops, or similar)

• Strong communicator in English, written & verbal

• Flexible, proactive, structured, and client-focused

• Ability to prioritise under pressure and solve problems quickly

Bonus points if you have:

• Experience with single stocks and corporate actions

• Exposure to reconciliations, settlements, or dealing/operations functions
