Accountabilities
- Design and execute integrated demand generation programs across multiple channels.
- Implement ABM strategies for gym and franchise clients, collaborating with sales.
- Develop multi-channel campaigns leveraging paid media and content syndication.
- Optimize lead funnels and conversion processes.
- Create and manage effective email sequences and landing pages.
- Collaborate with sales teams to facilitate high-quality lead follow-up.
- Drive customer retention and expansion marketing initiatives.
- Define and track key performance indicators related to demand generation.
- Utilize marketing automation tools for campaign orchestration and alignment.
- Conduct experimentation programs to refine marketing strategies.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing with a focus on demand generation.
- Bilingual in Portuguese and English.
- Proven track record in scaling demand generation programs and driving revenue.
- Strong experience in executing multi-channel marketing strategies.
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools such as Marketo and HubSpot.
- Excellent analytical skills, particularly in funnel metrics and ROI analysis.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience with lifecycle marketing best practices.
