What You'll Do

As an Appointment Scheduler, you’ll be the welcoming voice patients hear when they call one of our supported practices. Your role is essential in creating a warm and professional first impression while handling appointments and providing exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming calls with professionalism, empathy, and a “smile tone”
   
• Follow scheduling protocols and scripts, while adapting communication style as needed
   
• Schedule patient appointments accurately and efficiently across multiple platforms
   
• Provide clear, detail-oriented written messages and documentation
   
• Juggle multiple tools and screens in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment
   
• Deliver WOW-level service and meaningful interactions in every call
   
• Uphold accountability for the quality and accuracy of your work

Qualifications

• 1+ year of direct dental experience REQUIRED
   
• Typing speed of at least 40 WPM
   
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including proper grammar and spelling
   
• Comfortable communicating with diverse audiences by phone and email
   
• Spanish-speaking a plus!
