Dental Assistant

Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the dental team in providing high-quality patient care.
• Prepare and sterilise instruments and dental equipment.
• Take and develop dental radiographs (X-rays).
• Help manage patient records and appointments.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment care.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a dental assistant or in a similar role.
• Knowledge of dental procedures and terminology.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Certification in dental assisting is preferred.

Nice to have

• Experience with dental software and electronic health records.
• Additional certifications in radiography or CPR.
• Fluency in a second language.
