What You’ll Do

You’ll coach practice owners through high-impact decisions: hiring an associate, optimizing fees, investing in tech, expanding or exiting, engaging the team, and managing risk, so they can deliver great care and strong financial results.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze practice KPIs, financials, and workflows to spot growth + efficiency opportunities.
• Build actionable plans: budgets, profitability levers, staffing models, and investment roadmaps.
• Lead structured check-ins (monthly/quarterly) to track progress and adjust strategy.
• Facilitate online peer groups & mastermind sessions: share benchmarks, surface solutions, and elevate best practices across our Clinical Calibration      Institute community.
• Support owners in change management: team alignment, compensation frameworks, and operational playbooks.

What Leads to Success

• 5+ years advising dental, healthcare, or small multi-site service businesses (finance, operations, or practice management).
• Fluency with practice metrics, budgeting, and scenario modeling.
• Comfortable guiding owners 1:1 and moderating group discussions (virtual facilitation skills).
• Strong communicator — simplifies data into decisions.
• Organized, proactive, and mission-driven.
