We are expanding our Dental division and seeking a Dental Client Acquisition Consultant to secure new dental clients, build strategic partnerships, and drive growth. This commission‑only role is ideal for a driven, relationship‑focused professional who understands the dental industry and excels at converting opportunities into long‑term clients.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a portfolio of dental practices, DSOs, and specialty clinics


• Identify and convert new business opportunities within the dental sector


• Conduct outreach and present FenixHire’s recruitment solutions


• Strengthen brand presence across general dentistry and dental specialties


• Partner with internal recruiters to support successful placements


• Provide insights on hiring trends, compensation, and market demand in dentistry


• Represent FenixHire with professionalism, urgency, and confidence

Qualifications

• Experience in dental business development, dental sales, staffing/recruitment, or healthcare sales


• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills


• Proven ability to meet and exceed performance targets


• Skilled in outreach, negotiation, and closing deals


• Organized, self‑motivated, and able to manage multiple pipelines


• Thrives in a fast‑paced, results‑driven environment

Compensation — Commission Only

• Unlimited commission potential


• Bi‑annual performance bonuses


• Recommended earnings range: $60,000 – $120,000+ annually (based on performance)


• Fully remote with flexible schedule
