About the Role

Desort is expanding nationwide and seeking ambitious Dental Growth & Partnerships Consultants to help dental practices, clinics, and healthcare organizations identify opportunities to strengthen their teams and grow their businesses.

This is a commission-only, entrepreneurial opportunity with no base salary for professionals who are motivated by performance and enjoy building relationships, developing new business, and creating long-term partnerships.

You will have the flexibility to build your own portfolio of dental clients and earn based on the business you generate, with uncapped earning potential.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and connect with dental practices, DSOs, private clinics, and healthcare organizations.


• Develop new business opportunities through phone, email, LinkedIn, and other outreach channels.


• Build relationships with practice owners, executives, and key decision-makers.


• Conduct discovery calls to understand business needs and opportunities.


• Present Desort's business solutions and develop partnership opportunities.


• Manage the business development process from prospecting through closing.


• Build long-term client relationships and generate repeat business and referrals.


• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth client experience.


• Maintain an organized pipeline and track activity, performance, and revenue goals.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, business development, account management, or client acquisition.


• Dental or healthcare industry experience is a plus.


• Strong communication, relationship-building, negotiation, and closing skills.


• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently.


• Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong focus on results.


• Ability to build and manage your own prospect pipeline.


• Familiarity with CRM systems, LinkedIn, email outreach, and lead-generation tools.


• Comfortable working in a commission-only environment with no base salary.
