Job Description - Dental Sales Manager - Nashville, TN

A leading global manufacturer of award-winning laser systems is expanding its footprint in the aesthetic and medical device industry. We are seeking a driven and relationship-focused Area Sales Manager to join the team covering the Nashville territory. This is a rare opportunity to enter the high-growth aesthetic laser market with a company known for innovation, robust training, and long-term career potential.

What You’ll Be Doing

Prospect and generate new business opportunities across a defined territory
Manage high-volume outbound outreach to dental and aesthetic practices
Identify key decision-makers and guide them through the buying journey
Leverage your existing relationships to fast-track trust and sales conversion
Present solutions that align with clinical and business goals
Attend regional demos, trade shows, and events
Track and manage activity via CRM tools (Salesforce or similar)
Learn and stay up to date on cutting-edge laser technology through structured training
Be an ambassador for the brand—professional, prepared, and always curious

What You Bring

2–3+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in medical device, capital equipment, or DME
Existing book of business or deep network in dental, aesthetic, or med spa markets
High-volume cold calling and prospecting experience
Excellent communication and presentation skills
CRM-savvy and self-motivated
Strong follow-through, pipeline management, and territory planning

Requirements

Must reside in the Nashville or surrounding areas
Willingness to be a road warrior—this is a travel-heavy role
Comfortable with occasional overnights and national trade show travel (~30%)
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and handle demo equipment
Able to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings or weekends

Compensation & Perks

Base salary: $65–$70K (negotiable for exceptional candidates)
Uncapped commissions with OTE around $230K+
Monthly car allowance ($600) + fuel reimbursement + business expenses
