As AI continues to transform creative workflows, we're looking for a Creative Coordinator who can combine traditional design expertise with AI-powered content creation to produce exceptional ecommerce listings.
Role Overview
As a Design Coordinator, you will collaborate with the Art Director, Brand Managers, and Marketplace teams to develop high-impact creative assets for Amazon and other ecommerce platforms. You will be responsible for coordinating creative projects, generating and enhancing images using AI tools, optimizing listing content, and ensuring all assets meet brand standards and marketplace requirements.
This role requires someone who understands Amazon listing best practices, has experience in the fashion/apparel category, and is comfortable leveraging AI to improve creative quality and efficiency.
Primary Responsibilities
Create and coordinate ecommerce creative assets, including product images, lifestyle images, infographics, A+ Content, brand storefronts, and digital marketing materials.
Generate, edit, and enhance product imagery using AI image generation tools while maintaining brand consistency and realism.
Work with existing brand assets (Brand Guidelines, PSDs, photography, videos, etc.) to produce compelling ecommerce content.
Collaborate with the Creative Director and Brand Managers to develop creative concepts that improve conversion rates.
Ensure all creative assets comply with Amazon image requirements and marketplace best practices.
Coordinate photography, retouching, AI-generated assets, and design production from concept through final delivery.
Upload and organize creative assets while ensuring accuracy and quality across ecommerce platforms.
Manage multiple creative projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
Stay current with emerging AI technologies, ecommerce design trends, and Amazon best practices.
Qualifications
3+ years of experience creating ecommerce creative for Amazon, Walmart, Shopify, or similar marketplaces.
Strong experience with Amazon listing images, A+ Content, and Brand Storefronts.
Hands-on experience using AI image generation tools such as ChatGPT Images, Claude, or similar platforms.
