Job Description - Digital Marketing & Lead Generation Specialist

Description

Conduct lead generation, market research, and build targeted prospect lists.
Optimize and manage Google Business Profiles to improve local visibility.
Support Google Local Services Ads setup, monitoring, and performance reporting.
Create, schedule, and manage social media content across multiple platforms.
Use AI tools for research, content creation, and image generation while ensuring quality and accuracy.
Monitor competitors, identify business opportunities, and maintain organized CRM and lead-tracking systems.
Proactively identify improvements, solve problems, and support marketing initiatives.

Requirements

Critical thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and highly organized.
Excellent researcher and communicator.
Able to manage multiple priorities independently.
Comfortable using AI tools while applying sound judgment and human review.
Preferred Experience
Google Business Profile management.
Google Local Services Ads management.
Lead generation and prospect research.
Social media management and content creation.
AI writing, research, workflow automation, and image-generation tools.
Blog writing and marketing for trades, home-service companies, or other local businesses.
