Digital Marketing Coordinator

A unique opportunity presents itself for a passionate Digital Marketing Coordinator to join this highly regarded Real Estate Investment organisation who are based in California. This is a work from home position which requires the successful candidate to overlap some of their working hours with California.

Reporting to the Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for the creation of digital marketing and content, and it's dissemination via social channels.

• Digital Design - Medium


• Wordpress - Medium


• Digital Advertising And Marketing - Good


• Writing - Good

Your role is to:

• Maximise incoming enquiries, and then nurture these enquiries through our established marketing and sales funnels.


• You understand leads pages and lead strategies in different media.


• It is an advantage to have experience in CRMs such as Infusionsoft but not essential.


• You will develop and manage content across various websites and channels to maximise new leads and enquiries.


• You will assist with the development of the digital content and progress the digital marketing strategy.


• You will also implement and manage social media activities.

To be successful in this role:

• You will be qualified in marketing or communications.


• Present with a minimum of 3 years' proven experience in digital marketing.


• You will have previous experience managing social media.


• Proven track record in reviewing and managing publications, digital communications and content.


• You will have previous experience with CRM's, leads pages, and marketing funnels like Quick Funnels.


• You will be highly disciplined in planning, organisation and execution.


• With the ability to think strategically, and execute tactically as required.


• You are a passionate, self-motivated and driven individual who is team focused and can work under pressure.
