About the Role At Pavago, one of our clients is hiring a Digital Marketing Specialist to execute and optimize campaigns across paid, social, and organic channels.
This is a hands-on, execution-first role — not strategy-only.
You will:
Run and scale Google Ads campaigns Manage social media engagement and content execution Improve SEO and organic visibility Continuously test, analyze, and optimize performance If you live in dashboards, care about metrics, and constantly iterate to improve results — this role is built for you.
What You’ll Own 1. Google Ads & Paid Search (Primary Focus) Manage campaigns across: Conduct keyword research and structure campaigns for performance Write and test high-converting ad copy Optimize key metrics: Manage budgets, bidding strategies, and targeting Identify and implement performance improvements 2. Social Media Execution & Engagement Manage engagement across: Instagram Facebook LinkedIn Respond to comments, DMs, and audience interactions Support: Content scheduling Caption writing Post optimization Monitor engagement metrics and audience growth 3. SEO & Organic Growth Conduct keyword research using tools like: Optimize: Metadata Content Internal linking Support technical SEO improvements Track: Keyword rankings Organic traffic Identify content gaps and growth opportunities 4. Reporting & Performance Tracking Track performance across: Paid campaigns Social channels Organic traffic Analyze data using: Prepare reports with: Maintain clean documentation of campaign updates and changes What Makes You a Strong Fit You are execution-focused — you actually run campaigns You make decisions based on data, not assumptions You’re comfortable managing multiple campaigns simultaneously You continuously test, iterate, and improve performance You balance: Performance metrics Creative execution Requirements (Must-Have) Experience 3+ years of hands-on experience managing: 3+ years managing social media platforms Proven SEO experience using: SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar tools Core Skills Strong understanding of: Experience with: Strong written communication and copywriting skills Ability to work independently in a remote environment Nice to Have Experience managing multiple client accounts Background in: E-commerce SaaS B2B Marketing Experience with: A/B testing frameworks Conversion rate optimization Familiarity with content marketing workflows Tools & Platforms Google Ads Google Analytics 4 SEMrush / Ahrefs Social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn) Reporting & analytics tools What a Typical Day Looks Like Review campaign performance and key metrics Optimize Google Ads campaigns and creatives Respond to social media engagement and interactions Update SEO content and keyword strategies Analyze data and identify optimization opportunities Prepare reports and recommendations In short: You continuously improve traffic, engagement, and conversions across paid and organic channels.
