In this role, you will influence the design and user experience of various digital products by creating intuitive interfaces and ensuring a seamless user journey. Your expertise in UI/UX visualization will be vital in enhancing user engagement and satisfaction. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will contribute to the development of design systems and prototypes that align with the latest trends and technological developments. You will also play a crucial role in analyzing usability and improving the overall interaction across different platforms. Accountabilities
- Create, evaluate, and refine prototypes that support evolving hardware and software application development.
- Develop and apply UX and usability processes to investigate and solve technical product and interface problems.
- Define and maintain templates, components, and documentation that enable consistent, high-quality communications across products and channels.
- Analyze and improve the usability of applications and systems across tactile, visual, web, multimedia, voice response, and conversational interaction modalities.
- Contribute to design concepts and implementations, including user requirements, information architecture, and internal design specifications.
- Build and document design systems components and patterns in Figma.
- Collaborate closely with a team of designers, marketing communications partners, and product partners.
