Key Responsibilities

• Monitor user-generated content and interactions on our platforms to identify and respond to potential violations of safety policies.
• Conduct detailed investigations into reported safety incidents, utilizing analytical skills to assess evidence and recommend actions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance and develop safety policies that promote digital trust.
• Create and present comprehensive reports on safety incidents and trends to guide strategic decision-making.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and challenges within the digital safety landscape to continuously improve our practices.
• Engage with users to raise awareness of safety practices and educate them about navigating online risks.

• Fluency in Czech and English (both written and spoken) is required.
• Experience in digital safety, content moderation, or a similar field is highly preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to problem-solving.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively address user safety concerns.
• Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to identifying and managing potential risks.
