Job Description - Director, Non-Degree Programs

Position Summary:

The Director of Non-Degree Programs is a full time, exempt staff position that fulfills a variety of administrative, formative, and creative roles at the institution. Primarily the individual appointed to this position will: reimagine and expand our local formation offerings to dioceses, strengthening existing relationships with dioceses, and build new ones (the CALL program); in consultation with CDSP leadership and diocesan leaders create a one-year, flexible, asynchronous Certificate of Anglican Studies offering (“CAS”); and develop and oversee the creation of on-line continuing education modules for our graduates participating in the two-year curacy program. Once all of those are operational, the individual will maintain and direct these programs, while creating and monitoring the cost structures for CAS and CALL program. This role will work closely with the register to administer these programs.

This position requires a person to be relatable, efficient, able to multi-task, and think strategically. The individual in this position serves as a representative of CDSP to the wider Church community. The position requires the individual to be physically present for some of the in-person gathering events that occur four times a year, and occasionally for faculty and staff in-person retreats, but otherwise the individual can reside anywhere in the United States.
