About the Role
We’re seeking a strategic Distribution Manager to build and lead a high-performing network of independent distributors across the Western United States. You’ll shape regional strategy, strengthen distributor capability, and deliver strong commercial outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit, onboard, and develop high-performing independent distributors


• Deliver training across clinical, reimbursement, product, and compliance areas


• Support contracting and ongoing distributor engagement


• Set targets, monitor performance, and provide coaching


• Track and report on sales, market trends, and key initiatives


• Build strong distributor partnerships and act as the main regional contact


• Collaborate with internal teams to support field execution


• Analyze market trends and identify growth opportunities


• Execute strategies to drive adoption and sales performance


• Ensure adherence to regulatory and company standards


• Oversee accurate sales reporting and commission alignment

About You

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (or equivalent experience)


• 5+ years’ experience in medical device sales or distribution, including:
  
  
  
  • Proven success building and leading 1099 distributor networks
  
  
  • Experience in wound care biologics and/or spine & orthopaedic markets
  
  
  
  


• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to translate market insights into actionable strategies


• Excellent communication, influencing, and relationship-building skills


• Highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working remotely


• Willingness to travel up to 50% or more of your time across the region
