Excellent understanding of Service Operations
· Logical and process oriented mindset
· Minimum ITIL foundation certified
· Experience in Service Operations preferably supporting analytic solutions/infrastructure
· Ability to adapt and learn quickly
· Excellent coordination and stakeholder management skills
Good communication skills
