As an Appointment Setter, your primary responsibility will be to reach out to potential clients in order to schedule appointments for the sales team.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outreach to prospective clients in the Dutch-speaking market to identify potential leads.
• Effectively communicate the benefits of our services and set up appointments for the sales team.
• Follow up with leads via phone, email, and other communication channels.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and scheduled appointments in our CRM system.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure all appointments are properly managed and followed up on.
• Provide feedback to management regarding lead quality and appointment setting processes.
• Stay informed about industry trends and product offerings to effectively engage with prospects.

• Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is advantageous.
• Experience in a similar appointment setting or lead generation role is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a persuasive approach.
• Ability to build rapport quickly and create a positive impression on potential clients.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in managing appointments and records.
• Proficient with CRM software and general computer applications.
