As a Content Moderator, you will be responsible for reviewing and managing user-generated content to ensure it complies with community standards and promotes wholesome user experiences for our Dutch-speaking audience.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and moderate user-generated content in Dutch, ensuring adherence to community guidelines.
• Accurately classify content and determine appropriate actions in accordance with company policies.
• Identify and report inappropriate content or violations to the relevant teams.
• Provide feedback and insights on content trends to support moderation improvements.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize content moderation processes.
• Stay updated with company policies and industry standards related to content moderation.

• Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is mandatory; proficiency in English is advantageous.
• Previous experience in content moderation or a related field is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to consistently apply guidelines.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively communicate moderation decisions.
• Ability to handle sensitive and potentially distressing content professionally and empathetically.
• Knowledge of online platforms and content moderation tools is a plus.
• Willingness to relocate to Athens and adapt to a new cultural environment.
• Self-driven and capable of working independently and collaboratively within a team.
