Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer support to Dutch-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat regarding gaming products and services.
• Assist customers with inquiries about video games, consoles, troubleshooting, and account issues.
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints efficiently to enhance user satisfaction.
• Document interactions and maintain comprehensive records in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with product teams to relay customer feedback and support service enhancements.
• Stay updated on the latest gaming trends, products, and industry news to provide informed assistance.

• Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is required; proficiency in English is beneficial.
• Experience in customer service, particularly in the gaming industry, is a plus.
• A strong passion for video games and an understanding of gaming culture.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills to effectively assist customers.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and other customer support tools.
• Willingness to relocate to Greece and join a diverse team in a new environment.
