Key Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer support in Dutch through multiple channels including phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with software inquiries, technical issues, and account management.
• Document and track customer interactions accurately within the CRM system.
• Collaborate with product and technical teams to resolve customer issues promptly.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest software updates, features, and company policies.

• Fluency in Dutch (spoken and written) is required; knowledge of English is a plus.
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the software or technology sector.
