Key Responsibilities

• Moderate and review social media content in Dutch to ensure compliance with community guidelines.

• Analyze community interactions and trends to offer insights for improving moderation performance.
• Work collaboratively with marketing and social media teams to refine content strategies and enhance user engagement.
• Stay informed about the latest developments in social media and best practices for content moderation.

• Fluency in Dutch (written and spoken) is mandatory; proficiency in English is advantageous.
• Prior experience in social media moderation or community management is preferred.
• Strong familiarity with various social media platforms and their community guidelines.
• Excellent communication skills, particularly in addressing sensitive user issues.
• A self-motivated attitude with the ability to work independently as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and the ability to quickly assess and evaluate content.
• Experience with social media management tools and software is a plus.
