Key Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer care to Dutch-speaking clients in the tourism industry through various communication channels such as phone, email, and chat.
• Assist clients with inquiries regarding travel packages, bookings, and itinerary changes while delivering accurate information.
• Resolve customer issues effectively and professionally, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable travel experience.
• Document all customer interactions and feedback accurately in our CRM system to improve service quality.
• Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and provide comprehensive travel solutions.
• Stay informed about the latest tourism trends, destinations, and company offerings to provide the best advice to clients.

• Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken); knowledge of English is a plus.
• Prior experience in customer care or service, preferably in a tourism-related field.
• A strong enthusiasm for travel and thorough knowledge of popular destinations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric attitude.
• Able to handle customer inquiries and complaints with patience and effectiveness.
• Proficient in CRM systems and standard office software applications.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote or office environment.
• Willingness to relocate to Greece with complete relocation support provided.
