Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer support in Dutch via phone, email, and chat for airline passengers.
• Assist customers with inquiries related to flights, bookings, baggage, and travel policies.
• Effectively resolve customer issues to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions using the CRM system.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to offer seamless service.
• Stay informed about airline products, services, policies, and industry regulations.

• Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is beneficial.
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably within the airline or travel industry, is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-oriented approach.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, international environment.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and digital communication tools preferred.
