In this role, you will assist Dutch-speaking customers, ensuring they receive the support and information they need for their automotive needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Address customer inquiries related to automotive products, services, and technical support via phone, email, and chat in Dutch.
• Provide guidance and information on vehicle features, maintenance services, and warranty issues.
• Assist customers with scheduling appointments and resolving service-related concerns.
• Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure customer issues are resolved promptly and effectively.
• Stay informed about the automotive market trends and product offerings to enhance customer support.

• Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English or Bulgarian is a plus.
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the automotive industry, is desirable.
• Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Ability to solve problems efficiently and manage customer inquiries with integrity.
• A strong interest in automobiles and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and ability to navigate computer applications.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if necessary.
