Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to Dutch-speaking clients regarding automotive inquiries, product information, and service requests via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with vehicle-related questions, including specifications, maintenance, and warranty information.
• Process orders, manage service appointments, and resolve customer complaints effectively.
• Document all interactions accurately in the CRM system for tracking and future reference.
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance the customer experience and address issues promptly.
• Stay informed about automotive industry trends and company offerings to provide relevant assistance.

• Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus.
