You will act as a primary point of contact for clients in Dutch, addressing their inquiries and assisting them with various utility services.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries related to public utility services, including water, electricity, and gas, via phone, email, and live chat in Dutch.
• Provide information regarding service plans, rates, account management, and billing inquiries.
• Assist customers with service requests, troubleshooting issues, and problem resolution.
• Document all customer interactions accurately and maintain detailed records in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues and inquiries.
• Stay informed on relevant regulations, company policies, and community initiatives to provide accurate information to customers.

• Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is an advantage.
• Previous experience in customer service, ideally within the public utilities sector.
• Strong communication skills and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Ability to handle inquiries and resolve issues effectively and efficiently.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
