Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer support to Dutch-speaking clients through various channels including phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with bookings, inquiries, and travel-related questions, delivering accurate and helpful information.
• Resolve issues and complaints efficiently to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and document feedback in our CRM system.
• Collaborate closely with various teams to enhance customer service and streamline processes.
• Stay updated on booking processes, policies, and industry trends to provide informed assistance.

• Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is required; proficiency in English is advantageous.
• Prior experience in customer support, preferably in the travel or hospitality industry, is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to exceptional customer service.
