Your proficiency in Dutch, combined with your knowledge of digital safety practices, will be essential in assessing and mitigating online risks.

As a Digital Trust and Safety Specialist, you will regularly monitor digital interactions, handle safety reports, and collaborate across teams to maintain our high standards of digital security. Responsibilities

• Monitor online platforms to identify and resolve safety concerns
• Address client inquiries related to trust and safety matters promptly
• Work with team members to create and improve protocols for digital safety
• Educate clients on best practices for maintaining their digital safety
• Anayze safety data to drive continuous improvement in service delivery
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in digital trust and safety
• Facilitate training sessions for staff and clients regarding safety awareness

• Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and verbal
• Experience in digital safety, cybersecurity, or equivalent disciplines
• Excellent analytical and risk assessment abilities
• Strong communication skills with the capacity to explain complex ideas clearly
• Detail-oriented and proactive in finding solutions
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced team environment
• Knowledge of safety and security tools is a plus
