Position: Contact Centre Agent (Dutch + English)

Location: remote in Bulgaria

• Identify opportunities for improving customer satisfaction and share insights with the team.

Qualifications:

• Native or C2-level proficiency in Dutch.
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Previous experience in customer service or contact centres is advantageous.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new computer systems and tools.
