Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service in Dutch, addressing client inquiries and concerns.
• Effectively communicate product information and brand values to enhance customer experiences.
• Process orders and provide comprehensive after-sales support.
• Resolve customer complaints efficiently, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
• Collaborate with team members to foster strong customer relationships.
• Stay informed on market trends and new product launches to provide relevant insights to customers.

• Fluency in Dutch and English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
• A valid EU passport.
• Previous experience in customer service or luxury retail is highly desirable.
• Strong communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Able to work effectively in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Genuine interest in luxury brands and an understanding of the retail sector.
