Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service in Dutch, assisting clients with inquiries and providing tailored product recommendations.
• Effectively communicate the brand's story and product details to enhance customer engagement.
• Handle customer inquiries, process orders, and deliver comprehensive after-sales support.
• Resolve customer complaints and ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Collaborate with the sales team to maintain strong customer relationships and promote brand loyalty.
• Stay updated on luxury market trends and product offerings to provide informed insights to customers.

• Fluency in Dutch and English; additional language skills are a plus.
• Experience in luxury retail or customer service is highly desirable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills focused on customer satisfaction.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Genuine passion for luxury brands and a solid understanding of the luxury retail landscape.
• Willingness to relocate to Bangkok, Thailand and work flexible hours.
