• Maintain accurate records of interactions and manage client information confidentially.

• Fluency in Dutch (written and spoken) is mandatory; English proficiency is highly desirable.
• Previous experience in customer service, support, or similar roles is an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Computer literacy and familiarity with CRM systems or other relevant software.
