Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality logistical assistance and customer service to Dutch-speaking clients through various channels.
• Oversee the coordination and timely delivery of shipments, ensuring all tracking information is accurate.
• Manage customer inquiries regarding orders, shipping methods, and resolve any delivery issues.
• Document all customer interactions and maintain precise records in our systems.
• Collaborate with logistics teams to enhance and optimize service delivery processes.
• Keep informed about industry developments and best practices to provide knowledgeable recommendations to clients.

• Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is required; proficiency in English is beneficial.
• Experience in logistics, customer service, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with logistics software and customer relationship management tools is a plus.
