Key Responsibilities

• Initiate outbound contact with potential customers in the Dutch-speaking market to generate leads and drive sales.
• Identify client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements effectively.
• Close sales through compelling communication and persuasive sales techniques.
• Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions and sales activities in our CRM system.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize outreach strategies and enhance client engagement.
• Continuously improve product knowledge to effectively educate clients about our services.
• Achieve and exceed individual sales targets while contributing to the overall success of the team.

• Fluency in Dutch (written and spoken) is required; proficiency in English is an advantage.
• Previous experience in outbound sales, telemarketing, or a similar role is a plus.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a target-driven environment.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and sales management tools.
