Key Responsibilities

• Engage with clients to conduct thorough consultations, understanding their business needs and challenges.
• Design and present customized solutions that address client requirements and add value to their operations.
• Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring smooth project execution and client satisfaction.
• Provide comprehensive training and support to clients, empowering them to fully utilize our solutions.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and technological advancements to offer informed insights to clients.
• Document processes and feedback to promote continuous improvement within our service offerings.

• Fluency in Dutch (both spoken and written) is essential; proficiency in English is an advantage.
• Previous experience in a solutions consulting, customer service, or relevant technology role is preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and a keen understanding of client needs to develop effective solutions.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to foster strong relationships with clients.
• An understanding of technology solutions is useful, along with a willingness to learn new methodologies.
• Highly organized and self-motivated, with the ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
