Your Role:

• Assist the recruitment team by sourcing and engaging Dutch-speaking candidates across various fields.
• Conduct initial screenings to evaluate candidates’ qualifications and fit for our clients’ needs.
• Work closely with hiring managers to gain a thorough understanding of job specifications and expectations.
• Ensure effective communication with candidates throughout their recruitment journey, providing a positive experience.
• Utilize various recruitment tools and platforms to attract top-tier talent efficiently.
• Contribute to team meetings, sharing insights and ideas to improve the recruitment process.
• Engage in continuous professional development through training opportunities to augment your recruitment skills.

• Fluency in Dutch (written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus.
• A proactive and enthusiastic approach to supporting candidates during their recruitment journey.
• Strong communication skills to engage effectively with candidates and team members.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail to navigate the recruitment tasks efficiently.
• A collaborative spirit with a willingness to work as part of a dedicated team.
• Willingness to relocate to Bulgaria, aided by our comprehensive paid relocation package.
• Available for 3 months fully paid training in Greece.
