Key Responsibilities

• Provide first-class technical support to Dutch-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.

• Document technical issues and customer interactions accurately in our CRM system.
• Collaborate with product development and technical teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.

• Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with a technical mindset.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical individuals.
• Familiarity with customer support software and ticketing systems is an advantage.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
