Dutch/Flemish Speaking CS For Booking.com - Paid Relocation To Greece

Mercier Consultancy MD is seeking enthusiastic Dutch/Flemish Speaking Customer Service representatives to support Booking.com, with an exciting opportunity for fully paid relocation to Greece. As a Customer Service Agent, you will be the primary point of contact for Booking.com customers, providing exceptional support and ensuring an outstanding customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues via phone, email, or chat in Dutch/Flemish.
• Provide accurate information about Booking.com's services, bookings, and policies.
• Manage customer complaints professionally and offer effective solutions.
• Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions using appropriate tools.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer satisfaction and service quality.
• Adapt to new processes and technologies to optimize customer support.

• Fluency in Dutch and/or Flemish (written and spoken) is mandatory; proficiency in English is a plus.
• Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult situations with empathy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to relocate to Greece with full relocation support provided.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems are advantageous.
