• Support customers via live chat and email.

• Assist with questions, reports, and issues requiring moderation.

• Ensure quality and compliance with company standards.

Salary Package

• Dutch Salary: 1,800 gross (1,550 net)

• Breakdown:

  • 850 basic salary

  • 700 Dutch language premium

  • 250 Level 2 premium (starting level)

• Career Growth: Each level adds new tasks and a higher premium (+250 in Level 2, +300 in Level 3, etc.).

Work Schedule

• Shifts: 19:00- 00:00 (7 PM midnight)

• Hybrid work model (partly on-site).

• Weekly days off: 2 (rotating).

Training

• Full training provided on-site in Malta.

• Duration: Confirmed upon onboarding.

• Paid training with complete support.

Requirements

• Languages: Fluent Dutch + B2 English

• Relocation to Malta required (company provides partial support).

• Criminal record clearance or 2 references required upon arrival.
